Site of the conference
The site of the 7th Conference is La Maison de la Musique (House of Music), 8 Rue des Anciennes-Mairies. 
The Plenary Sessions will take place at the same site as the Conference.
The workshops will take place in three halls that are also located in the centre of the city (very close to the Conference Site):

Official languages and simultaneous translation
The official languages of the 7th Conference will be French and Spanish.
For those in attendance who so wish, there will be a simultaneous translation service in these languages at all of the Plenary Sessions, the Inaugural Session and the Closing Session. This service is not anticipated for the work groups taking place on Tuesday.
Depending on demand, the organisation will also consider the possibility of including simultaneous translation into English.

Transport
Nanterre is on the western outskirts of Paris, in the Department of Haut-de-Seine. The city is well communicated, insofar as it is very close to the District of La Defense, and is also well known as an important business centre.
How to get to Nanterre:
- On the RER:
The RER is a local train, similar to an underground train. The journey from the centre of Paris takes between 15 to 20 minutes.
- RER Line A direction Saint – Germain or Rueil as far as the station Nanterre-ville
- From the Airports of Paris:
- Charles de Gaulle - Roissy: RER Line B to the station Chatelet, then change to RER Line A..
- Orly: RER Line C to the station Saint – Michel, then change to RER Line B to the station Chatelet, then change to Line A.
