Local city councils and administrations interested in implementing participative democracy policies may become members.
		Institutions and organisations with links to and associations with local governments, and involved in the implementation of participative democracy may become members.
		Study and research centres (Universities, Foundations and the like) involved in the implementation of analysis works in the field of participative democracy may become members.

			Members and partners engage to the following: To keep the Web Page active, thereby introducing the data relevant to the experiences carried out at the Institution in the field of Participation. To feed the Documentary Fund by providing the references for the documents on Local Democracy that exist and that are produced in the members environment. To be actively involved in the organisation and implementation of the Debates, Meetings and Forums that take place. Members and partners will be entitled to the following: To access and use the Bank of Resources. To suggest topics and issues for analysis and research. To access the Bank of Experiences.
