Congress The congress program of the SCEWC is composed of 5 keynotes, 6 plenary sessions and 42 breakout sessions. Plenary Sessions are discussion panels focusing on long term policies and strategic analysis and visions, and parallel sessions are structured generally as presentations panels, and they have a more specific focus on projects, solutions or case studies.
