As we have already reported next 24, 25
and 26 March will be held in Madrid (Spain) the 15th Conference of the
International Observatory of Participatory Democracy (IOPD). You can register

The internal members meeting
will take place next 25th March 2014 at 2PM in Madrid. The Technical
Secretariat and Regional Offices will expose the managements reports, and we
will discuss the working groups documents and the new working plan.

If you have any suggestions for the internal
meeting (amendments to documents, proposals for new working groups, generic
