The WJP Open Government Index™ 2015 report was prepared by the World Justice Project’s research team. The Open Government Index’s conceptual framework and methodology were developed by Juan Carlos Botero and Alejandro Ponce.

Data collection and analysis for the 2015 report was performed by Juan Carlos Botero, Alyssa Dougherty, Sandra Elena, Amy Gryskiewicz, Matthew Harman, Joel Martinez, Alejandro Ponce, Christine S.
